Infrastructure of the campus
Spacious classrooms are designed to facilitate discussions, individual attention to each student, audio visual presentations and practical demonstrations. Wi-Fi classrooms enable students to source information from the internet for more effective learning. The audio-visual aids are a boon to teachers and students alike.
The Seminar Halls are equipped with modern audio-visual equipment, LCD projector, slide projector for the use of faculty and the students in order to facilitate the process of imparting and receiving information on the various subjects. The classrooms are designed in such a way as to facilitate customized attention to each student. Brainstorming is encouraged and practiced in small alcoves projecting out of these rooms.

The college has provided Edu-sat facility so as to enable the students to learn from online classes conducted by professors and eminent personalities. Qualified and experienced faculty members provide the right guidance required to carry students further on the path of learning. Students who require extra guidance are encouraged to seek it beyond class hours.

The personalities of the students receive attention too. Shree Devi Institute Of Technology has taken the unique step of providing soft skill training programmes for its students so as to develop their communication, personal, interpersonal, managerial and organizational abilities.

The students of the college have the privilege of listening to and interacting with eminent guest faculty from well- known institutions and industries as well. Such opportunities enhance the vistas of their knowledge and support their ability to internalize the learning done in the class.

A very significant aspect of learning at Shree Devi Institute of Technology is the Industrial visits and interaction with local and outstation industries. The college takes this up on a priority basis and has tie-ups with industries, manufacturing plants and multinationals in the Information Technology sector, so as to provide hands-on experience to students.

Library

The college library possesses vast volumes of reference books and university prescribed books on Management, Computer Application Studies, Engineering and other related subjects. The Institution also subscribes to prominent periodicals and national and international journals on Management, Computer Application Studies and Engineering.

The library also boasts of a digital section that stocks CDs and other digital formats of books in accordance to the requirements of the curriculum of the students.

Transport
The college has its own fleet of buses to ensure comfortable transportation for its students so as to enable them to pursue the course with the least of hassles. The buses are run efficiently and punctually in accordance to stipulated time schedules. This is only one of the appreciable aspects of studying at Shree Devi Institute of Technology.

Hostel
Separate hostel facility for boys and girls is available for outstation students. The hostels are provided with comfortable rooms, adequate furniture and requisite amenities. A hygienic mess that caters to the nutritional requirement of the students is a part of the residential facilities. The hostel is appreciated by students and staff members alike for its convenience and amenities.

Sports Club
The college provides adequate facilities for sporting activities that are necessary to encourage the all-round development of the students. The college Sports teams have represented the college in various state and national level competitions and have brought home laurels. The college also hosts a state- level, intercollegiate tournament which is very popular with the student fraternity.

Extracurricular Activities
Students are encouraged in the multifaceted development of their personalities through active participation in stage shows and other entertainment forms. ‘Echelon’ – A national level Management Fest is organized by the MBA Association ‘Zing’. The association takes the initiative to co-ordinate and plans the activities every year. ‘Medha’ – a national level technical fest is organized by the MCA Association ‘Sparkle’. The association organizes a number of technical events. Spandana – Department of Welfare & Counseling in co-ordination with students Welfare Association guides and counsels the students with the assistance of a counselor. These forums also guide the students in maintaining the discipline of the institution
and keep a track of student’s performance.
