Shree Devi Institute of Technology started, Masters in Computer Application, (affiliated to VTU & recognised by AICTE) to impart high quality formal education in computer science through a comprehensive 3 year masters programme. The course is exclusively designed to meet the IT requirements of IT trained students for various organisations. It grooms the students for a successful career in the IT Industry. The course emphasizes on planning, designing and building of complex commercial application software and system software. A three year’s full-time MCA includes a project (industrial training), interactive classes, national seminars and other activities. Students apply their skills to design application areas for transaction processing (such as banking, stock exchange order processing) simulation, database management, e-commerce, design support and data communications, networking, embedded technologies and the like.

Duration
The course shall be of three academic years’ duration and conducted in six semesters with each semester of 16 weeks’ duration. The examination in all the subjects of all six semesters is conducted at the end of each respective semester.
